Barry joined Hawkes when he left school in 1982, Born in 1966 (a good year) he has had various training within the industry and works alongside his Brother David Hawkes. Barry generally runs the installations, specialist projects and the day to day running of the company.

Mark started with Hawkes in May 1988. He began as a trainee engineer and has progressed to a Contracts Manager handling contracts to a value of £1.8 million a year. Mark is fully focused on customer care and problem solving.

Steve started with Hawkes in April 2004. His college was completed prior to him joining us. Steve is a very skilled engineer who can turn his talented hands to most things. Our clients have always commented on how helpful and knowledgeable he is.

Dean started with Hawkes when he was 18 after he had completed his electrical apprenticeship with Thurrock Technical College. He is a fully qualified electrician and HVAC contracts manager.

Dave from leaving school in 1983 also joined the Hawkes team as a trainee. Whilst working on the tools he was responsible for maintaining Queen Mary College at Mile End campus London. He now works alongside his brother Barry Hawkes. Dave is responsible for the service department and the day to day running of the company.

Finley joined Hawkes in December 2022, he has enrolled with Willesden College as a refrigeration and air conditioning service & installation engineer. his keen interest of learning mechanical and electrical systems will greatly benefit him into achieving his level 3 NVQ qualification with Hawkes
